New installer built by TheMechE. He's having trouble accessing SVN, so the sources are not up to date with this, but I wanted to have a safe place for the new binary. It is also published on the web site. Solves several bugs, includes XSL and CSS for configuration file, re-tweaks problematic MDaemon install issues: No longer links editor launcher.
Upgraded with the new SNF upgrade .11 ( not .10 ) .11 came out mid .10 testing, so it got bumped.
Fix included Patch for MXGuard 4.2 install. ( - Default Install Folder names changed. )
Fix included Patch for Merak Mail (Icewarp)
- Default install did NOT auto create scan.dat file. Code depended on its presence in certain condition. Installer corrected dependancy. Auto creates or ignores as needed.

During MDaemon tutorial documentation, found a file handling error that mis-handled one of the files during install/un-install/install.
Minor change in code corrected the issue.
Tested: YES. Full retest not necessary.
Recommend immediate repost of build to GOLD.
